ABOUT ME
Hello! My name is Kristine Odell and I have been learning and working with energy healing practices since 2011. My introduction to energy work started upon a brief period of physical pain and illness that eventually lead to a Lyme disease diagnosis. My journey back to better health and maintenance of feeling my best included a customized nutritional plan, exercise regimen and a daily practice of varied energy techniques.
Today, I offer my services as a energy healer practitioner and teacher because I know first hand the benefits of these energy healing practices.
